5/11/2010 The Gaslamp Insider met Aaron from Kraze Boot Camps and encouraged listeners to try their group seaside workout classes. They sounded very fun and we liked that they are so close to the Gaslamp over at the Embarcadero. Nick from Enne Bi Communications stopped by and talked about the many years he has spent enjoying the Gaslamp and the varied types of services his company provides to many local small businesses. The Team from Rockin' Baja Coastal Cantina, Steve Blassingham and Sarakate Laverty, made some great suggestions from their fabulous menu as well as their neighbors.

4/6/2010 The April 6, 2010 Edition of the Gaslamp Insider was Hosted by Gaslamp Tricia & Heather Ashby. Our guests were Golsa and Tiba Farahani from Bandar Restaurant. Most downtown San Diego locals know these beautiful young ladies from the many years of seeing them working at their family restaurant, so this was a great opportunity to get to know them personally. We learned some secrets about how the 'fabulously fragrant' chicken is prepared and heard a bit of family history as they explained their Dad, Behrooz's interesting background in architecture and design. We also enjoyed getting the chance to chat with them about places they like to visit in our entertainment district.
